This Privacy Policy explains how Konkan Classic, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Konkan mobile application (“App”).
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

03 How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and operate the App
- Manage accounts
- Enable multiplayer gameplay
- Improve performance and stability
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Provide customer support
- Send notifications you enable (such as turn and game updates)
- Display and measure advertising
- Process purchases
04 Legal Basis (Where Applicable)
We process data based on:
- Consent
- Contract performance
- Legal obligations
- Legitimate business interests (security, fraud prevention, and core service operation)
05 Advertising
We use Google AdMob (a Google service) to display advertising in the App.
They may collect:
- Device identifiers
- IP address
- Usage data
- Approximate location
Used for:
- Ad delivery
- Measurement
- Fraud prevention
- Personalization (where permitted)
You can limit personalized advertising at any time through your device settings (on iOS, through tracking permissions and Apple Advertising settings; on Android, through Ads settings). See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google processes advertising data.
06 Analytics & Crash Reporting
Crash and usage analytics are off by default. We collect this data only if you opt in.
If you enable it, we use Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase (provided by Google) to collect:
- Crash diagnostics (error reports and stack traces)
- Device model, operating system, and app version
- In-app events, such as games played, purchases, and tutorial completion
This data is associated with your account identifier and is used to diagnose crashes and improve the App's stability and experience.
You can turn analytics on or off at any time in the App under Settings → “Crash & usage analytics.” See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google processes this data.
Because collection is off by default, no crash or usage data is sent unless you explicitly enable it.
07 In-App Purchases
Payments are processed by Apple and Google.
The App uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and purchase entitlements.
We receive limited transaction metadata but do not store payment card information.
08 Data Sharing
We may share information with:
- Google — Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, and, if you opt in, analytics and crash reporting) and AdMob (advertising)
- Apple and Google app stores (purchases)
- RevenueCat (purchase and subscription management)
- Service providers that support our operations
- Legal authorities when required
- Business transfers (merger, acquisition, etc.)
We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing advertising identifiers with our advertising partner for personalized ads may be treated as a “sale” or “share” under some U.S. state privacy laws; you can opt out by disabling ad personalization in your device settings.
09 Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
10 Data Retention
We retain data as long as necessary to:
- Operate the App
- Comply with law
- Prevent fraud
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce agreements
11 Account Deletion
You may delete your account in-app.
Upon deletion:
- Data is removed or anonymized where possible
- Some data may be retained for legal/security reasons
12 Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users 18+ only.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
13 International Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries.
14 Your Rights
You may have rights to:
- Access

We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App means acceptance of changes.
