Delete Your Account

Konkan Classic

You can delete your Konkan Classic account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it: inside the app, which is immediate, or by email, if you no longer have the app installed.

1 Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect straight away.

Open Konkan Classic and sign in.
From the main menu, tap Account & Settings.
Open the Account tab.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm your password (or re-authenticate with Google or Apple) when asked — this proves it is really you.

This cannot be undone. Your diamonds, purchased items, trophies, statistics and friends are removed permanently. They cannot be restored, transferred to another account, or refunded, and creating a new account later starts from zero.

2 Request deletion by email

If you have uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in, you can ask us to delete the account for you. You do not need to reinstall anything.

Please include, so we can find the right account and confirm it is yours:

The email address you signed up with, or the Google or Apple account you used.
Your in-game username, if you remember it.
Your Player ID, if you still have the app — it is on the Contact Us tab under Account & Settings, and can be copied with one tap.

We may email you back to verify ownership before deleting anything — that check exists to stop someone else deleting your account. Requests are normally completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

3 What is deleted, and what is kept

Deletion removes your account and the personal data attached to it. A small amount of information is kept, and only where the law or the safety of other players requires it.

Payments made through the App Store or Google Play are financial records we are required to keep. They are retained without your profile attached. Moderation reports. Reports made about other players are kept so that safety decisions stand after an account is gone. Administrative logs of actions taken on the account, for the same reason.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Diamond Society renews through Apple or Google, not through us, so it must be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Delete the account without cancelling and the subscription keeps billing.

4 How long it takes

Deleting in the app takes effect immediately. Backups and system logs are cleared on their own schedule and are fully removed within 90 days. Email requests are completed within 30 days of us verifying that the account is yours.
